Salons & Spas

Every no-show is an empty chair you already paid for

Bookings come through DMs and phone calls, reminders depend on someone remembering, and the client who used to come every six weeks has quietly stopped — and nobody noticed because there is no list of who has gone quiet.

How it runs

  1. 1

    The booking conversation starts

A message from Instagram or WhatsApp arrives in one inbox, whoever is on the front desk.

  2. 2

    The client is remembered

Saved as a contact with their history, so their usual treatment is not a question every visit.

  3. 3

    They stop going quiet unnoticed

A returning-after-silence trigger fires when a regular has not been in touch for the number of days you choose.

  4. 4

    Slow weeks get filled

A broadcast to a tagged group — colour clients, a particular stylist's list — on an approved template.

Questions

Can it send appointment reminders automatically?

Yes, as an approved template on an automation. PingPlug does not include a booking calendar — reminders are built from your contacts and automations, not from a diary it manages for you.

Do clients need to have messaged us first?

For a business-initiated message you need an approved template, and the opt-in rules of your market apply. Once a client replies, you can message freely for 24 hours.
