Recruitment & Staffing Agencies

Candidates do not answer email

You email a shortlist and hear back from two. You call and reach voicemail. Meanwhile the candidate you placed last year is exactly right for a role you are working now, and nobody remembers.

How it runs

  1. 1

Candidates arrive from wherever they applied

A Meta lead ad or a WhatsApp message becomes a contact without anyone retyping it. A website form stores its answers and links them to a contact you already have, rather than creating one.

  2. 2

Screening happens in the open window

They messaged you, so the first 24 hours are free-form: ask the qualifying questions while they are engaged.

  3. 3

    Tags carry the useful facts

Skill, location, availability — so the shortlist for the next role is a filter rather than a memory.

  4. 4

    Roles move as a pipeline

Submitted, interviewing, offered, placed — each with an owner and a follow-up date.

What you get

Meta lead ad capture

Applications from Facebook and Instagram lead ads arrive as contacts immediately, not as a CSV somebody downloads on Monday.

Tagging as a talent pool

Tag by skill and availability, then message exactly that group when a matching role lands.

Placements as pipeline stages

Where every candidate is, without asking the consultant who owns them.

Drip sequences for nurture

Keep in touch with a pool over weeks without anyone scheduling it.

Shared inbox with assignment

Several consultants on one number, with each conversation owned.

Per-consultant activity

Deals and messages grouped by consultant in analytics.

Questions

Can we message a candidate about a new role months later?

Only with an approved template, and be careful about the category: a message pitching a role to someone who is not actively engaged is closer to marketing than utility. Get consent to contact them about future roles at the point you take their details.

Can we bulk import our candidate database?

Yes — upload a CSV or Excel export and map the columns. Candidates already in your contact book are matched on phone number and skipped rather than duplicated, and anything that could not be imported is listed row by row so you can fix and re-upload it.

Does it parse CVs?

No. There is no CV parsing or candidate matching. Files sent in a conversation are just attachments, and the structured facts come from tags you apply or a form you ask them to complete.

Does it integrate with our ATS?

Not with a ready-made connector. Automations can post to your own webhook, which is how most agencies bridge it.
