PingPlug for Marketing

Every channel your audience already answers on

Broadcasts, comment-to-DM, drip sequences, social scheduling and email campaigns — planned and measured in one place instead of five.

Measured on: Reach, cost per lead, and how many of those leads sales agrees to call.

What the week usually looks like

Marketing tools are sold one channel at a time. A broadcast tool here, a scheduler there, an email platform somewhere else, and a spreadsheet in the middle trying to work out which one produced anything. The work is not the campaigns — it is the reconciling afterwards, and it is why channel decisions get made on instinct.

What a marketing team actually opens

Every module below ships today. None of it is a roadmap item.

Bulk broadcasts

Segment by tag or custom field and send through the official Meta API, so a large send is not a ban risk.

Comment-to-DM automation

Turns a public comment on Instagram or Facebook into a private conversation automatically — the reply that would otherwise never get written.

Drip sequences

A timed series after a trigger, so a lead that went cold gets followed up without anyone remembering to.

Meta lead-ad capture

Lead-ad submissions arrive as contacts you can message, rather than a CSV somebody downloads on Friday.

Social scheduler

Instagram and Facebook posts queued from one calendar. X, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google Business are planned and do not publish yet.

Email campaigns

Send through your own SMTP, so the channel you own is not rented from a separate vendor.

Analytics

Sends, replies and pipeline movement in one view, so channel decisions have a number behind them.

Your first week

  1. Connect WhatsApp, then Instagram and Facebook, so replies land in one inbox
  2. Import your contact list and tag it the way you actually segment
  3. Set a comment-to-DM rule on your best-performing post
  4. Build one drip sequence for people who reply but do not buy
  5. Schedule a fortnight of social posts in one sitting

What it replaces

So you can price the switch honestly.

  • A separate bulk-messaging tool
  • A separate social scheduler
  • A separate email platform
  • The spreadsheet reconciling all three

Questions marketing teams ask

Will bulk sending get our WhatsApp number banned?
Broadcasts go through the official WhatsApp Business API from Meta, which is the sanctioned route for messaging at volume — not an unofficial workaround. Meta still applies its own template approval and quality rating, and a number can be restricted for poor quality regardless of which platform sends it, so consent and relevance matter as much as the tooling.
Do we need a separate email tool as well?
No. Email campaigns are included and send through your own SMTP credentials, which means the sending reputation belongs to your domain rather than to us.
How is this different from your industry pages?
An industry page describes how a kind of business uses PingPlug. This one is organised around what a marketing team is measured on. If you want the vertical view, the industry pages are linked at the bottom.

Try it on your own marketing workload

The free plan holds 100 contacts and needs no card. Enough to run a real week through it before deciding.
