PingPlug for Sales

Every conversation, and what it is worth

A shared inbox that shows who is handling which customer, a Kanban pipeline behind it, and invoices at the end — without exporting anything.

Measured on: Response time, deals moving stage, and revenue closed.

What the week usually looks like

Sales conversations happen on WhatsApp and the CRM does not know. Deals live in one person's phone, follow-ups depend on memory, and when somebody is off nobody can pick up a thread without asking them. The pipeline review then runs on what people remember rather than what happened.

What a sales team actually opens

Every module below ships today. None of it is a roadmap item.

Kanban sales pipeline

Drag a deal between stages and see the whole board at once, with the conversation attached to it.

Shared team inbox

WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger in one place, with replies signed, so you can tell who answered a customer.

AI reply suggestions

Drafts a reply from the thread so far; the rep edits before anything sends.

Contacts and custom fields

The context a rep needs on the customer sits next to the conversation, not in another tab.

Invoices and payment tracking

Send the invoice in the same thread that closed the deal. Invoices cover nine currencies; deal values cover a hundred.

Forms

Qualify before a rep spends time, so the calls that get booked are the ones worth taking.

Your first week

  1. Import your contacts and connect WhatsApp
  2. Build your pipeline stages to match how you actually sell
  3. Add your team so replies are signed and threads can be picked up
  4. Move your live deals onto the board once, by hand
  5. Send one invoice from inside a conversation to see the loop close

What it replaces

So you can price the switch honestly.

  • A CRM that never saw the WhatsApp thread
  • Deals tracked in one person's phone
  • A separate invoicing tool

Questions sales teams ask

Can two people work the same inbox without colliding?
Yes. Conversations can be assigned, and outgoing replies carry the name of whoever sent them, so a thread picked up by a colleague is not anonymous. There is no seat limit on any plan.
Does the pipeline connect to the conversation?
Yes — a deal carries its contact, so opening the deal gets you to the thread rather than to a note about the thread.
Can we take payment inside WhatsApp?
Not natively in the chat. PingPlug issues invoices and tracks whether they are paid, with the payment itself taken through your existing provider. If in-chat payment is essential to how you sell, say so on a call and we will tell you honestly whether we fit.

Try it on your own sales workload

The free plan holds 100 contacts and needs no card. Enough to run a real week through it before deciding.
