Analytics & Reporting

Numbers you can act on, or a page that admits it cannot show them

You can feel that the week was busy. You cannot say how busy, which channel it came from, which agent carried it, or whether the campaign you sent on Tuesday did anything at all.

What it does

Conversations by channel

How much arrived on WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, plus how many were opened and how many resolved, over the range you choose.

Campaign delivery, not just sends

Sent, delivered and read for WhatsApp broadcasts; sent, failed and opened for email campaigns. A send that nobody received is visible as one.

Pipeline value by agent

Deal counts and values grouped by the agent who owns them, so the pipeline is attributable rather than a single total.

Inbound against outbound

Messages received versus messages sent by agents and the bot, which is the quickest read on whether the team is keeping up.

Any date range

Preset windows or a custom from-and-to, so "how did last month compare" is a question you can answer.

It tells you when a number is unreliable

If a query fails, the page names the affected metric instead of quietly showing zero — and it does the same if a figure was built from more rows than it could safely read.

How it works

  1. 1

    Pick a range — a preset window, or a custom from-and-to.

  2. 2

The page reads conversations, contacts, campaigns, deals and messages for that period.

  3. 3

Totals and per-agent breakdowns are computed from those rows.

  4. 4

Anything that failed to load, or that exceeded the row ceiling, is named in a banner above the figures.

Worth knowing before you sign up

  • Aggregates are computed in the browser with a ceiling of 10,000 rows per metric. Beyond that the page says the figure is unreliable rather than showing a partial sum — a very busy account needs database-side reporting instead.
  • There is no scheduled or emailed report. You open the page to see it.
  • No export to CSV from this page. Broadcast results and form responses export individually.
  • Read and delivered counts come from Meta and depend on the recipient — a read receipt that the customer has disabled is not something any tool can recover.

Questions

Can I see how an individual agent is doing?

Yes. Deals are grouped by the agent who owns them, with counts and values, and message activity is split between agents and the bot. It is attribution rather than surveillance — there is no per-keystroke tracking.

Why would a metric say it is unreliable?

Two reasons. The query failed, in which case showing zero would be indistinguishable from a quiet week. Or the figure was built from more rows than the page reads safely, so a partial sum would understate it. Both are named rather than hidden, because a confident wrong number is worse than a missing one.

Can I get a weekly report by email?

Not today. There is no scheduled reporting — the analytics page is something you open. Follow-up reminders are emailed, but they are about individual deals rather than summary figures.

Does it show revenue?

It shows deal values, which is what the CRM knows. Money actually collected is tracked against invoices as pending, partial, paid or overdue, and PingPlug does not process payments, so nothing here is reconciled against a payment provider.
