Common questions

Will my WhatsApp templates work in PingPlug?
Yes. Approved WhatsApp templates belong to your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA), not to WATI. When you connect the same phone number to PingPlug, all your approved templates are available immediately.
Will I lose my chat history?
WhatsApp chat history is stored in the app on users' phones — not in WATI's database. New incoming messages will appear in PingPlug from the moment you connect. Historical messages from WATI are not transferred (this is true for any platform switch).
Can I use the same phone number?
Yes. You need to disconnect the number from WATI first. Go to WATI settings and remove the WhatsApp connection, then connect the same number to PingPlug.
