Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PingPlug ("the Service") at pingplug.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PingPlug is a business communication and CRM platform that enables businesses to manage WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook messages in a unified inbox, send broadcasts, automate responses, manage contacts, and run email campaigns.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• One account per business. You may not share accounts across multiple businesses.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use PingPlug to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk messages to users who have not opted in.
• Violate WhatsApp Business Policy, Meta Platform Terms, or any applicable laws.
• Send illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or fraudulent content.
• Impersonate any person or business.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission.

5. WhatsApp & Meta Compliance

PingPlug uses the official Meta WhatsApp Business API. You agree to comply with WhatsApp's Business Policy and Meta's Platform Terms at all times. Violations of these policies may result in your WhatsApp number being restricted by Meta, for which PingPlug bears no responsibility.

6. Subscription & Billing

• PingPlug offers Free, Starter ($10/mo), Growth ($30/mo), and Unlimited ($50/mo) plans.
• Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time.
• No refunds are provided for partial months.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
• Founding member pricing (locked in before June 30, 2025) is honoured for the lifetime of the subscription as long as the subscription remains active.

7. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your data, including your contacts and message history. PingPlug does not claim ownership of any data you upload or generate through the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

8. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers (Meta, WhatsApp, Supabase, Vercel) or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the billing settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 90 days.

10. Limitation of Liability

PingPlug is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email.
