We do not sell or share this data with third parties. All WhatsApp data is handled in compliance with Meta's Platform Terms and WhatsApp Business Policy.

• Service providers: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), LemonSqueezy (payments), and Anthropic/Groq (AI features) — only as necessary to operate the platform.
• Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or government authority.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@pingplug.net. Message data may be retained for up to 90 days after deletion for backup purposes.
