Yes — the Free plan is free forever (up to 100 contacts). You don't need a credit card to start. Upgrade whenever you're ready.
Can I change plans anytime?+
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
What counts as a 'contact'?+
A contact is a unique phone number or profile in your CRM. The limit counts total stored contacts, not messages sent — PingPlug does not cap how many messages you send. Are WhatsApp message fees included?+
No. Meta bills you directly for messaging, at rates that depend on the category of what you send and the country you send it to. PingPlug adds no markup and does not sit between you and Meta on billing. How does billing work?+
Billing is monthly. Payments are processed securely via LemonSqueezy. You can pay by credit card or PayPal. All receipts are emailed automatically.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel from the Billing page at any time. You'll keep access until the end of the billing period.
Do you support Pakistani/South Asian payment methods?+
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. If you need an alternative payment method, contact our support team.
