What counts as a 'contact'?+
A contact is a unique phone number or profile in your CRM. The limit counts total stored contacts, not messages sent. You can send unlimited messages to existing contacts.
Are WhatsApp message fees included?+
Meta charges a small fee per WhatsApp conversation (not per message) after your free tier. These fees go directly to Meta — PingPlug doesn't charge any markup on message fees.
How does billing work?+
Billing is monthly. Payments are processed securely via LemonSqueezy. You can pay by credit card or PayPal. All receipts are emailed automatically.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel from the Billing page at any time. You'll keep access until the end of the billing period.
