You cannot answer the phone with your hands in a boiler

Enquiries arrive while you are under a sink. By the time you call back, they have booked someone who replied. Quotes go out and are never chased. And the invoice from three weeks ago is still unpaid because nobody has had time to ask.

How it runs

  1. 1

    The enquiry waits properly

A message arrives and gets an immediate acknowledgement, so the customer knows they have been heard while you are still on a job.

  2. 2

    The details get collected once

A form captures address, problem and preferred time, instead of six messages back and forth.

  3. 3

    The quote becomes a deal

With a value, an owner and a follow-up date — so it is chased rather than forgotten.

  4. 4

    Payment is tracked, then chased

Invoice raised, status tracked, and a reminder sent as a template when it goes overdue.

What you get

Auto-reply while you are on a job

An automation replies the moment a message arrives, which is the difference between an enquiry that waits and one that calls someone else.

Job enquiry forms

Address, problem, preferred time — captured once and readable in the same place as the conversation.

Quotes as a pipeline

Quoted, accepted, done. Nothing sits in the middle for three weeks without you seeing it.

Invoices and payment status

Raise, send, and track pending, partial, paid or overdue — without leaving the CRM.

Website chat widget

A WhatsApp button or chat widget on your site, so a visitor at 9pm becomes a conversation rather than a bounce.

Works from a phone

The inbox is a web app, so it works on the phone in your van as well as the laptop at home.

Questions

I am a one-person business. Is this overkill?

The free plan covers 100 contacts with no card, which is enough to find out. The parts that matter at one person are the auto-reply and the invoice tracking; the pipeline and the team features are there when you take someone on.

Can I send a payment reminder on WhatsApp?

Yes, as an approved template if the customer last messaged more than 24 hours ago. Meta treats a payment reminder as a utility message, which is the cheaper category — but the template still has to be approved before you can send it.

Do I need a separate business number?

You need a number that is not currently active on the WhatsApp app on your phone. Many trades register a second number for this so the personal one keeps working normally.

What if I am on site and cannot reply?

The automation replies for you and the enquiry is still in the inbox when you get back — with the form details already collected, so you can quote without another exchange.
