Stop collecting the same details over six messages

Every enquiry starts with the same back-and-forth: what is your address, when suits you, which service. Six messages later you have the details, spread across a chat thread nobody else can read, and the next person to pick it up starts again.

What it does

Eleven field types

Short and long text, email, phone, number, dropdown, multiple choice, checkbox, date, time and a star rating — plus headings and dividers to break a long form into sections people will finish.

Conditional fields

Show a question only when an earlier answer calls for it, so nobody scrolls past six irrelevant fields to reach the one that applies to them.

A public link that needs no login

Every published form gets its own URL. Share it in a message, put it in a bio, or embed it — the visitor never sees a sign-up wall.

Draft, published, closed

A closed form says so rather than silently accepting answers nobody will read, and a draft is not reachable at all.

Attached to the person, when you already have them

If a response carries an email address you already hold, it is attached to that contact automatically, so it sits beside their conversation rather than in a separate list. A response from somebody new is stored against the form — it does not create a contact, so a brand-new lead will not appear in your contact list on its own.

Export to CSV

Download every response for a form when you need it in a spreadsheet.

How it works

  1. 1

Build the form by adding fields — no code, and no separate form product to pay for.

  2. 2

Set any conditional rules, so questions appear only when they are relevant.

  3. 3

Publish it. The form gets a public URL you can share or embed.

  4. 4

Answers arrive against the contact, and you can export the lot to CSV whenever you want.

Worth knowing before you sign up

  • A submission does not create a contact. It is linked to one only when the email matches somebody already in your contacts, so treat forms as a way to collect answers rather than a way to grow the contact list.
  • No file uploads. The field was withdrawn because it did not work — a chosen file was never actually submitted — and restoring it needs storage set up first. Ask for documents in the reply instead.
  • No payment collection. Forms gather information; invoicing is a separate part of the CRM.
  • No capacity or availability logic. A form can ask which slot someone wants; it cannot know that the slot is full.

Questions

Do people need WhatsApp to fill in a form?

No. A form is an ordinary web page on a public link, so anyone can complete it. The connection to WhatsApp is that the response lands in the same CRM as the conversation.

Can I embed it on my own website?

Yes — share the link or embed the page. It renders standalone, so it does not need anything else from your site to work.

What happens when I close a form?

The link keeps working and tells visitors the form is closed rather than quietly accepting answers nobody is reading. Draft forms are not reachable at all.

Can I collect a file or a payment?

Neither, and it is better to know before you build the form. File uploads are not available — the field was removed because it silently discarded what people attached. Payments are not collected through forms; invoices are raised separately in the CRM.
