Catalog & Invoicing
Prices live in a WhatsApp message from March, a spreadsheet somebody keeps locally, and one person’s memory. Two agents quote two numbers, the customer notices, and the invoice is raised in a different app entirely.
One price list
Products and prices in the CRM, so the number an agent quotes is the number you set.
Invoices against a customer
Raise an invoice for the person you were just talking to, without leaving the conversation.
Payment status that means something
Pending, partial, paid or overdue, with the amount collected against the total.
Chase overdue on WhatsApp
An overdue invoice can be followed up with an approved utility template, which is the cheaper message category.
Add your products and prices to the catalog.
Raise an invoice against a contact.
Update its status as money arrives.
Follow up anything overdue from the same system.

No. There is no Xero or QuickBooks integration. An automation can post invoice data to a webhook you control if you want to bridge it yourself.
You can message the customer about it. Outside their 24-hour window that needs an approved template, and a payment reminder qualifies as a utility message — the cheaper category — as long as it does not also advertise anything.
